Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RoomStaged website, products and services (the “Service”). Please read them carefully. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Who you are contracting with The Service is operated by Outliers Lab LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“RoomStaged,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. You can reach us at [email protected].

1.The Service

RoomStaged currently offers an automated, watermarked style preview and a separate supervised pilot for one paid real-estate photo. A preview is illustrative: its source and result are not carried into paid fulfillment, you must submit the source again, and the paid result may differ. Submitting an intake does not start work. Before paid work begins, an operator validates a usable source photo, the exact brief and source authorization, then records the deadline for that job. During the supervised pilot, a person reviews the paid file before delivery. Our 24-hour target applies only after that approval; the recorded job deadline controls. You must inspect the delivered JPEG, including its dimensions and any visible disclosure, before publishing. Multi-photo work is quoted only after an accepted pilot and capacity review. We may change, improve, or discontinue features of the Service at any time.

2.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a brokerage, team, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

3.Your photos and the license you grant us

You retain the rights you hold in the photographs and materials you submit (“Your Content”). You grant us and the providers needed to perform the Service a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, process, review, and edit Your Content to provide the requested Service. After payment, we grant or transfer to you the rights in the delivered edit that RoomStaged can lawfully grant. Laws may limit whether an AI-assisted output itself qualifies for copyright protection.

You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary permission to submit and process Your Content, including through our AI and infrastructure providers, and that the requested processing will not infringe another person’s rights.

4.Disclosure and non-misrepresentation

RoomStaged produces edited and digitally enhanced images. Virtual staging, sky replacement, twilight conversion, and decluttering alter the depiction of a property. You are solely responsible for using delivered images in a manner that is truthful and compliant with all applicable laws, MLS rules, and the professional standards that apply to you (including, where applicable, the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics and your local MLS’s image and disclosure policies).

You agree to clearly disclose that images have been virtually staged or digitally enhanced wherever such disclosure is required, and to follow any labeling rules of the MLS or platform on which you publish.
You agree not to use the Service to misrepresent the physical condition, features, size, or fixtures of a property, to remove or conceal material defects, or to create a deceptive impression of a property.
To support compliant use, delivered images may include a visible or embedded indication that they are virtually staged or enhanced; you agree not to remove such indications where disclosure is required.

You are responsible for the final listing and how delivered images are presented and disclosed. This responsibility rests with you, not with RoomStaged.

5.Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: submit content you do not have the right to use; depict properties you are not authorized to market; create content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringing; or attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

6.Pricing, payment, and refunds

The automated preview is free. The public paid offer is the supervised one-photo pilot at the price and currency shown at checkout; any multi-photo work requires a separate written quote after an accepted pilot. Payment is processed by Stripe. The results page lets you accept the delivered file or report a problem for human support. Applicable mandatory consumer rights always apply. If we miss the confirmed scope or deadline, contact [email protected] to discuss correction, cancellation, or refund options.

7.No guarantee of outcomes

We strive for fast, high-quality results, but we do not guarantee any particular turnaround in every case, nor any sales, leads, showings, or listing outcomes. The Service is provided to help you present a listing; results depend on many factors outside our control.

8.Intellectual property

The Service, including our software, site, branding, and the “RoomStaged” name, is owned by Outliers Lab LLC and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except the limited right to use delivered images as described above.

9.Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10.Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUTLIERS LAB LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Outliers Lab LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of Your Content, your use of delivered images, your listings, or your breach of these Terms, including any claim that a delivered image was used in a way that was misleading or non-compliant with applicable disclosure rules.

12.Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us or others.

13.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except that mandatory consumer-protection and other non-waivable rights in your location continue to apply. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the venue for a dispute will be the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
