Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use RoomStaged, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

Who we are RoomStaged is operated by Outliers Lab LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, located at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. For any privacy question, contact [email protected]. Outliers Lab LLC is the data controller for the information described here.

1.Information we collect

2.How we use your information

3.How your photos are processed

To produce previews, edits, and quality reviews, Your Content and candidate results may be transmitted to AI providers including xAI and Anthropic, and to the infrastructure providers needed to operate the Service. Processing may occur in the United States or other countries where those providers operate. We share what is needed for the requested function. We do not sell Your Content.

4.Service providers we share with

We share limited information with vendors who help us run the Service, including cloud hosting and infrastructure providers; xAI and Anthropic for AI processing and review; Stripe for payments; Resend for email; Meta / WhatsApp and other communications providers for messaging; and Google Fonts for typography. Loading Google Fonts sends basic network and browser request data, including an IP address, to Google. Their own terms and privacy notices may also apply. We do not sell your personal information.

5.Messaging and advertising analytics

If you contact us or receive deliveries over WhatsApp, your messages and number are processed through WhatsApp / Meta’s platform under their own terms and privacy policy, in addition to ours. We use your number to provide the Service, respond to you, and keep required service records.

We offer a separate choice for Meta advertising measurement and personalization. If you accept, the Meta Pixel may use cookies or similar identifiers and send Meta the page URL, browser and device identifiers, event activity, and IP or other network data for advertising measurement and personalization under Meta’s own privacy terms. The Pixel and its PageView event load only after you accept. You can withdraw that choice from the “Advertising privacy choices” control in the site footer; we then revoke Pixel consent and stop sending later Pixel events from the page. Withdrawal cannot undo information already sent with your prior consent. Declining does not prevent essential first-party service and security events described above.

6.Data retention

We currently have no single automatic deletion period covering source photos, preview data, results, order records, and conversations. We retain them while needed to provide and secure the Service, handle support or disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete personal information or source photos; we will respond under applicable law and may retain records we are legally required or reasonably need to keep. Our providers may apply their own retention periods.

7.Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing where applicable, and opt out of non-essential messages at any time by telling us or replying STOP. You may also change the Meta advertising-analytics choice in the site footer. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. To exercise a right, email [email protected].

8.Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9.International users

We are based in the United States and process information there. If you use the Service from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.

10.Children

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11.Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected here.
