This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use RoomStaged, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1.Information we collect

Photos and listing materials you submit to be edited (“Your Content”), and any notes or instructions you provide.
Contact details such as your name, email address, and WhatsApp / phone number, so we can deliver finished images and communicate with you.
Order and payment information. We use a third-party payment processor; we receive confirmation and limited billing details, but we do not store full card numbers.
Usage information such as basic device and analytics data, and messages you send us, to operate and improve the Service.

2.How we use your information

To provide the Service, process and edit Your Content, review results, and deliver finished images.
To communicate with you about your orders, including over WhatsApp, email, or SMS.
To take payment, prevent fraud, and keep records as required.
To maintain, secure, and improve the Service.

3.How your photos are processed

To produce edits, Your Content may be processed by trusted third-party AI image-generation and infrastructure providers acting on our behalf. We share only what is needed to perform the edit, and we require these providers to handle data appropriately. We may retain de-identified or anonymized images to operate, evaluate, and improve the Service. We do not sell Your Content.

4.Service providers we share with

We share limited information with vendors who help us run the Service, including: cloud hosting and infrastructure providers; AI image-processing providers; our payment processor; and messaging providers (including WhatsApp / Meta) used to deliver images and communicate with you. These providers are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us. We do not sell your personal information.

5.Messaging and WhatsApp

If you contact us or receive deliveries over WhatsApp, your messages and number are processed through WhatsApp / Meta’s platform under their own terms and privacy policy, in addition to ours. We use your number only to provide the Service and respond to you.

6.Data retention

We keep order records and the information needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations for as long as reasonably necessary. You may ask us to delete source photos associated with your account after delivery; we will do so where we are not required to retain them.

7.Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of non-essential messages at any time by telling us or replying STOP to messaging. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. To exercise any right, email [email protected].

8.Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9.International users

We are based in the United States and process information there. If you use the Service from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.

10.Children

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11.Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected here.
